The Company’s working practices raise awareness and insight for our Clients while assisting with smooth project management and supply. Our staff work closely with all parties, often forming themselves into a 'project team' with the Client and sub-suppliers. This ensures that all parties are focused on common goals.

The following points are covered within the project infrastructure:

  • Clarity of Responsibility.
  • Effective Liaison with Clients.
  • Effective Liaison with Suppliers.
  • Planning and Co-ordination.
  • Delivery to Schedule.
  • Response to Fast-track Issues.
  • Timely Completion of Documentation Requirements.
  • Continuity.

A single point of contact will be appointed from the project management team. Their role will be to co-ordinate the project and have the responsibility to ensure that the contract is completed within budget and time constraints. They will keep themselves abreast of the requirements and status of all parties and tasks involved within the project. This will allow informed decisions to be made, rapidly, regarding any items that need to be fast-tracked or any other planning / procurement adjustments that must be made to maintain schedules.

The scope of the Project is scrutinised so that any deficiencies found in the availability of resources and facilities, or in the supply of materials or services, are identified and problems can be resolved.

Due to our procedures, which encompass the efficient fast-track delivery systems often required on revamp projects, we deliver exceptional performance to our Clients. Project execution can also include “Trial / Mock Builds”, which offer a valuable method for optimising the installation, thereby ensuring that the correct resources are available and reducing the time required for the final site installation.

All tasks are undertaken in-line with procedures detailed within the Company's certified Quality Management System (QMS); which has been developed to meet, and sometimes exceed the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008, whilst also fulfilling the “Legal and Other Requirements” required by our EMS, certified to BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 and our OHSMS, certified to BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

Our systems are also designed to accommodate any Client-specific project requirements.
